Dear Mr Ziffer,
While you were sitting at your desk getting smug towards your own clan -
I was sitting here having a chicken cutlet. mashed potatoes, side of salad and a lass of juice.
Total: $5.75, not too bad for a whole meal.
One can have it every day, it's nutritios - and nobody makes it anymore.
All of our grandmothers directly from Old Poland have passed away,
Then it hit me - I am exiled and it is fine.
I have no moral problem having my lunch in Old Poland, Brooklyn every day.
I miss my grandmother, I miss home cooking and here I've found the source.
The motherload of chicken cutlets, let them flow.
This is now my new home,
until Israel figures out its mistakes
When electing a socialist like Amir Peretz for Minister of security,
you get what you deserve.
No dessert.
